Another fantastic weekend for Maldon RFC who managed to get 3 senior teams out again!

Maldon 1s travelled to league leaders Stanford Le Hope 1s in the hope of continuing their unbeaten run & returning to the top of the table. Maldon produced a fantastic first half performance where they outplayed Stanford in all areas, this was enough to earn them the bonus point victory to go top, with a game in hand (FT: 10 - 26).

Maldon 'Vikings' 2s played Mersea 2s in a friendly fixture, winger Alex Thompson ran in a phenomenal 8 tries in their 51 - 12 victory!

Maldon 'Abbotts' 3s were able to put out a side once again this year, even with the 1s & 2s both having fixtures. Stu Pearson got on the scoresheet twice, and Chris 'Rhino' Pearson said all 15 players were awesome in a great team effort during their 17 - 42 defeat to Chelmsford 3s.
